2024 Westchester Baseball Picnic
The WBI board and all the volunteer managers and assistant coaches would like to thank the players, parents and families for participating in this great game and fostering the love of baseball!
Please join us at our Annual Westchester Baseball Picnic. This year the picnic will be held Sunday June 30th, from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM at Mayfair Park. You will be able to enjoy some Tee Ball games, Explorers game, along with Pioneers and Minors in-house Championship Games, jump houses, snow cones, balloon creatures and some “water” fun! We will again be serving hotdogs and hamburgers along with water and soda for your enjoyment. (See Game Schedule Below)
Tee Ball games at Mayfair Park will begin at 10:00 am. Food and drinks will be served from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM or until all items are gone! Food tickets can be picked up at a tent near the North field. Each Family with a registered player will receive up to 5 tickets per family. Additional tickets can be purchased ($1 drink ticket, $3 food ticket)
We will also hold our annual raffle during the picnic, so be sure to bring your completed raffle tickets for the drawing at the end of the day. Additional tickets will be available for purchase at $5 each! Additional Discount Cards will also be available for purchase at $5 each.
We hope that you will come out and enjoy this fun day for the whole family and share your stories and triumphs of your Westchester Baseball experiences in 2024.
We are always looking for a few good men and women to volunteer to help with passing out food and drinks, taking raffle tickets and other jobs to help the day go smooth!
