Dear WBI Families,
We wanted to provide an update on the
2020 regular season refunds. We have
been in contact with our Vendor to begin the process of the refunds. Due to their case load, the refund process
will take longer than anticipated. We
were recently informed that it may take another three (3) weeks to complete the
refunds. We ask for your continued
patience, and that you monitor your statements for the refunds.
If you have had any issue with your
credit cards, cancelled accounts, changed banks, etc. that were used for
payment, fear not. We will be notified
if a refund cannot be processed and will issue a refund check at that time.
WBI continues to focus to the
possibility for a more robust fall baseball program if/when we can safely begin
playing baseball. Please keep an eye out
for updated information as it becomes available.
We
appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this unprecedented
time. Please don’t forget to use your
